Solo mode is exactly the same as before.

Essence you're thinking off can be made inside lunar valley forge using 5 of each highest grade mat.

No solo mode bosses aoe or debuff.

Fair enough then. I had only ever done solo mode once personally, just basing what I said at the end of my post from what I had heard. I knew that the major changes had happened in squad mode but assumed there would be a few minor changes to solo mode too since they were practically rebuilding the whole damn instance.

However, the main point of my post still stands. Primal Fear along with much of the rest of the instance, in squad mode, has been nerfed, and it's not the same accomplishment it would have been otherwise.

Everything has its beginnings, but it doesn't start at one. It starts long before that... The world is born From zero. The moment zero becomes one is the moment the world springs to life. One becomes 2. 2 becomes 10. 10 becomes 100. taking it all back to one solves nothing. so long as zero remains... One.. Will eventually grow to 100 again.

    *raises hand*

Tried it before the revamp, never finished though. Those prajna or whatever mobs in the 2nd valley were beyond annoying. Was in my 80s at the time though, and i remember the mobs having aoe stun and aoe physical attack which kept wiping the squad.
Although I personally never finished it before the revamp (found it a complete waste of time), my faction did, and had the first lunar ring before anni packs went on sale. Took them 9 hours with rotating squad members to finish. Same with frostcovered. Now THAT is a feat.

The instance is super easy now though, and I'm proud to say me and my squad were one of the pioneers on Sactuary to actually start farming it on a regular basis.
I mean gratz on beating Primal Fear, but it is absolutely NOTHING to brag about.

Don't you mean the Insularum Shoveals? Prajna's are the ice men in the first valley, iirc..

Meanwhile, the Shoveals are the mobs which I heard endless 'OMGZ RAEP' about.

From farming it? I doubt it. We had our first piece out before the packs came out.

swordman has 1 heavy nirvana piece, and 2 light armor, and 1 nirvana fist

the HA nirvana he farmed all 250 uncanny before the event, the nirvana fist he farmed 50 raptures, got the other 50 from buying. For the two light armors I think he bought probably 50-100 uncannys but i'm not sure. He didn't buy all of it, I helped him open nirvana for the past 2 months or so. He solos nirvana so I guess you can get maybe a piece a month or so?

*Raises hand* Have been doing lunar since before anni packs came out. Have tons of stuff from it too. Even tried Tigara a couple of times.

We had it down to ~6 hours to get to Lunar Valley (Crisium). Then another 2 hours to get through it cause of the party wipes. Since every time we had to take new clerics and a new barb each time due to the length of the dungeon.

I never said that you did bad, but its not "as much" of an accomplishment as before. I still congrats you all for what you were able to do. =)

For all those that told me Lunar Gold wasn't worth the hassle of farming... but now have the Nirvana versions... I laugh at you. Hypocrites.
