Um, the cheap ones have gone, and its not even the 15th nor is it 1am server time,

whats going on?

    Its still Valentines Day in several places.
    For example, 3 minutes till its over PST.
    Also, in Hawaii, they're still an hour or two behind.

    I am sure PWI does not work with different time-zones other then were their office is..

    The East Coast servers operate on Eastern Time, the West Coast servers operate on Pacific time. This includes timing of sales and daily quests.

    ohk, Harshlands is on pacific standard time, yes?

    and its 12.13am on the 15th right now

    its meant to finish at 1am on the 15th...not 2 hours before that...

    No Harshlands is an eastern server. So it was taken out at the correct time.
