how do u get this necklace

is it possible to get this without packs

i have seen people wearing it and it said it was manufactured by xxxxx

does that mean there is a forge/npc who can make this for you

what are the required mats?

how do u get them?

    that would be the non pack way to make it, though i think you might have better luck just buying the stamp. the warsouls will take you nearly 3000 chips and roughly 45 million to make looks like
