can not buy zhen

when i try to charge zhen i get:

Your account must pass the following criteria:

*At least one of your characters is at least level 10.

though im a lvl 91 archer got a lvl 50+psychic and a lvl 30veno.

    why did this get moved into the cash shop huddle???

    this is not a discussion but a technical issue, wich should belong to the technsupport forum

    It's known issue and they're getting it fixed. It happened to me once. Just close your browser then open a new one, should fix it.

    The simple solution is log out of the website and log back in. We are still trying to find out what has caused this and what needs to be done to fix it. If logging out and back in doesn't fix this, try clearing your cache and cookies and then start a new browsing session. Or simply use an alternate internet browser from the one you are currently using. So if you are using Firefox, we suggest using Google Chrome or Internet Explorer, etc. etc. We will be continuing to find the cause of this issue.

    of course i did and i can select my archer as avatar. I bought the stuff i needed from a guild member now.

    i used internet explorer as suggested and can buy zhen. How ever i cannot buy it via firefox no matter what i do. Thanks for the answer
