I was wondering to know which build is beter for physic. I was think to make a LA but when i read this i can't choose what make.
LA indeed helps a great deal with survivability since physical mobs would hit you for a lot less in exchange for suffering a little more damage from magic attacks.
Now as for TW, given that this version of the game has been around for almost 2 years now, the main TW factions that own land have over lvl 90 players on their roster. So pretty much you will be facing players at least level 90 and the gimped damage from an LA build would be a non factor. Sure a lower level build can take an extra hit but inflict negligible damage in return.
Now if your build is one that fully utilizes your magic stat, at lvl 80 you can be a factor in TW against barbs and especially bm's, you can feast on bm's one on one no problem. Kite the bm, when he gets close psychic will, and kill him, even charmed buffed bm's will go down. But with an LA build I dont see that happening with the gimped damage.
Other than the 2 classes I mentioned, if you see them in TW run! you wont be able to do anything against them, robe users will have high mdef to offset your m.attacks, and archers will just eat you. Ranged physical attacks is a psychic's biggest problem from my experience. Psychic Will wont buy enough time to get close to the kiting archer; it's a situation I personally haven't solved.
So I say go with Arcane and keep your damage because the psychic's skills are there to make up for what they lack in p.def. Most mobs will be dead before they even get close.

Please tell me what is better Pure INT or LA

It doesn't matter how you build physics, your gravity skill will pwn us all in the end.

Depends on the player more than anything. But if you want my crappy opinion:

Psychic to me is a striker-type class. What I mean is, once you're in attack mode (i.e. Black Voodoo, which is most of the time for a Psy), it becomes your job to drop the target as fast as possible, and get the heck out of dodge. LA builds will have gimped damage, and the slightly higher crit chance won't save their DPS loss. They may take a few more hits, but they also must dish out a few more hits to accomplish the same goal. You might get better defense efficiency, but you lose mana and time efficiency due to extra spells needed to be cast to get the kill. Depending on how you play, you might be okay with this trade-off. But if you plan to floor people quickly, you need more damage, not more pdef.

Now, I have heard one person say that they like LA to be able to take on Archers easier... well...

Imo, if an archer is good enough at kiting that you can't get into attack range within a few seconds, you're going to lose anyway. Even in LA, if it takes you that long to approach him, a good archer should floor you before you become a threat. If he lets you spend 30 seconds approaching him and hasn't done something about it yet, he fails or is distracted. But if he's distracted, you'd still benefit more from full-magic build because you'd stand the best chance of dropping him quickly that way. LA won't save you there. The thing that will save you however, is player skill.

White Voodoo can solve most survivability problems. +66 defense levels is a lot. I know, I know, it really gimps your attack (-99 attack levels) while it's on, but hear me out. We have skills that still deal full damage while WV is on. DoTs and bleed effects aren't affected noticeably by the loss in attack levels. So you still have methods for landing some damage, even if its not outstanding. And once you see the chance to land a finishing blow coming, switching over to Black Voodoo isn't hard. I think mastery over the concept of switching Voodoos on the fly is a technique that will make Psy's hard to deal with.

But hey, my Psy isn't uber high level yet so maybe I'm misjudging some things.
