Haven's flame??

Now some 1 say it amplify the dmg received from all sources for 6 secs...but i read the description and it says:hit all enemies in 12 m and cause them to suffer 55%of that damage for 6 sec....So is this a "amplify all dmg" or a slow poison like skill?!

Can some1 plz clarify a bit~~? thanks!!

    Perfect world translation sucks sometimes. The description can be a bit difficult to follow, but basically it deals aoe damage + adds a 6 second debuff that amplifies all damage taken by xx%"

    Yea they should fix that description! Its not hard to do that I imagine and this doesnt make ANY sense at all.
