Can't log into the game

Well, I"m trying the game again, and I got version 279. But when I try to log into any server, it just keeps saying "logging in. Please wait".

As a matter as fact, when I view the server list, the status on the servers are all just lines. But when I check the website and server status in the patcher or "update client", I see the server names flashing, but nothing turned off. So I assume that it means they're up.

So, I don't see anything indicating that the servers are down, and I've already updated the game, yet I still can't log in. Why is that?

    check your pings.

    Uh, sorry, but how do I do that? I'm pretty sure my firewall allows the game, but I'll check again. Is it known for having problems with Norton 360?

    Either way, I guess it doesn't matter a whole lot. I got this strange urge to play the game earlier today, but of course, I couldn't. I didn't like it the last two times, and Allods Online is entering OBT in a few days anyways, so I'm not missing out.

    atleast your past the "unable to launch" trouble.... I cant get past this

    Well, I also found another problem. I was gonna uninstall it, but before I do so, I wanted to download it AGAIN, but it won't even download. It just sits at 0% and collects no data.

    well, im kinda having the same trouble with mine, except i have version 279, which im sure is the latest, it says that mines an older version and i need to update mine. do i need to update mine, or is my game just being stupid?

    sorry, I was out all day with personal matters to deal with.

    start > (on XP: run/on vista/7 it's the search thingy) > CMD and type in what I posted above.

    For some strange reason, my computer acted funny and now after turning it off, it's working.
