Herc and Nix lvl ?

What level does a veno need to be to use herc or nix? Any just have the money or what .

    You only need the money to buy them. They come on lvl1

    i don't really recommend starting out with nix and herc tho. they do make the playing experience a WHOLE LOT easier. so unless you're a pro veno already, start using legendary pets when you're lvl 1 would probably hinder your ability to fully utilize your class's potential

    You just need to buy all the Sof and Pf at say lvl 1 and hatch it at lvl 4 when you get your pet skills.Yes you just need the zen to get all battle packs.

    Kashmiir has got a point. Try out some of the free pets and experiment with the veno class if you're new to a veno character first, because the legendary pets spoil you. Don't forget that no matter how strong your pet is, it's only good if you know how to use it

    I disagree. A veno can get caught up in the bad common advice here and when they get the legendarys they may feel that's all they need because for most occasions: they are better. Gettting them right away may get some too look at pets to compliment them. Golems are too slow for Tame Beast luring (experience missed), don't get buffs when summoned (experience missed), don't have bramble (experience missed), etc. You can learn a lot about aggro from a Herc, and you will look for pets that can out perform a Herc as well rather than look for pets to substitute for one. There are some venos perpetuating some myth that Hercless venos have more skills, yet the high level Hercless venos I've squadded with tend to be a waste of a squad slot. Being stuck healing your pet too frequently cuts down on your ability to do much else (skill).

    Getting a Herc / Nix sooner cuts down on the OP leveling as well.
