Weird reactions..

So the new Tideborn class was made and i Was in 7th heaven because I LOVE mermaids and the seas.
So I was very happy.
but I see many people from other classes talking quite impolite about Tb.
They call them fish or useless or are just ranting.
I wonder whats wrong with them O,o
I dont like Venos for example.
But i dont call them furrballs or something!
I was quite surprised, every other class is threated quite nice and is an "insider". b:chuckle
Tb seem to be like "outsiders" b:sad

I dont really care, not everyone has to like the tb.
But i Just want to know what is their problem with them? ._.

    b:surrender Well, um i dunno how to explain, but maybe you want to see this.

    From what i see some people mad because some tideborn say they superior and will replace other class.
    Some people say they overpowered and need to be nerfed.
    Some other hate because many newbie chose tideborn and that mean they still don,t understand how things work out. (which i think people should already realize many newbie will pick tideborn)
    Some other hate because many tideborn like to recklessly charge forward in fb or bh.

    Just keep playing like normal, over time everyone will normal again. b:pleased

    Sins are Scissors. Psychics are Rocks.
    Archers, Venos, Barbs, Wizards, BMs, Mystics, Seekers are Paper.
    ...and Clerics are Mushrooms.
    Paper beats Rock. Scissors beats Paper. Scissors also happens to beat Rock...until Rock gets 50k+ soulforce at which point Rock becomes an unstoppable killing machine that beats Paper... and would beat Scissors but it can't find Scissors, because Scissors are invisible.
    So Scissors beat Paper and avoids Rock, and that is called BALANCE. -cheze

    Some people just always hate some classes. Some people hate change as well...if they're used to how it's been, they'll hate the new classes because they shake things up. Not all the classes are treated as "insiders"...see the threads where venomancers defend their honor.

    on one hand u got ppl that are racist and calling the tides "fishies" and all that good stuff and on the other hand u have psys/sins expressing Nazism saying there race is the best of all races.

    well i think , maybe they hit too much in low level and the others are gealous dont you think , or maybe they only dont like them.I think that if they call us fishes i dont mind it , i mean , if they call me fish , ok , call me fish whatts the matter thats what we are , but this is a game is no so impotant.

    Names always appear, I've been called Fishborn by non english speakers. And the same person called my cleric Birdkind.

    This is why i call them fishies: So I'm helping some guildies and some people from a "rival" faction with my barb to get the plat charm.All of a sudde out of nowhere 4-5 assassins low lvl appear out of nowhere and start poking into the fish boss.We all start to laugh like crazy since they were in mermaid form so we imediatelly called them the adds of the boss.After like a few mins when we all start to DD at the boss to kill it faster they get scared of the flashing skills and go away.Next person starts attacking the fish boss and after a few mins other fishies appear and start poking at the boss.They weren't even the same people but the names were different,so since that day I call them all fishies.b:laugh

    I name your race fishies because you are new. I'm sure if you watch Prison break, you will hear that alot.

    Secondly, I dislike the reckless players behind the race. leeroy jenkins..anyone?

    Third: these reckless players do not listen to others.

    Fourth: they feel that they are superior to all classes and many of them, will try to KS your kill even when they see you swimming towards the target.

    Fifth: They wanna replace every other classes with once their lvl 79 skills are out.
