What's up with Enraged members?

Alright, so I was doing marriage quest yesterday and out of the blue a red-named Enraged guy drops down and..simply kills the boss we needed for the quest while we were attacking it. He didn't have the "******'s husband" above his head so he did it just for..fun?
Of course I simply say "Typically, Enraged", first reaction that came to mind. Obviously I don't give a **** about Enraged/Tao/Anyotherlamefactionthatdoesn'tknowhowtoenjoythegameandmakesitintoareallifematter.
Anyway, so we wait for it to respawn and then 2 other Enraged members show up. BUUUUT, BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT. They politely waited, once the boss was below 50% they helped us finish him of. Well more like 2 hit him, anyway.
So, how come there are total asshats in there, and then a minute after there are generally genuine nice people in there?
So, my question to you guys is (Not Enraged in particular, everyone). Why doesn't a faction filter out the asshats? If that day would've gone by without the other 2 Enraged members helping us, I would've started disliking Enraged just because a single member tries to be funny and goes around mobbing marriage quest bosses. And then they (as I have learned the proper expression is) QQ when people generally have a bad impression of them? (Or any other major faction for that matter)
So yeah, seriously. To the guy that's walking around there killing bosses for Marriage quest for no apparent reason. You need to get laid, or play some pacman or something, 4srsly.
P.S Nothing against Enraged, got a few of them in my friends list. I'm just bored and had to post something during World quest b:cute

umm..your telling our members to get laid IRL for Ksing you, I think you need to get laid IRL for complaining about us, if we made you so upset that you had to resort to another flame thread about us, thats just as pathetic.
If you don't like what our members do, do something about it in game.

First off Jhalil, the space-bar was invented for a reason.
Next, yes the term is QQ, and you do it very well.
Nextly, we don't filter people who KS, only those who QQ. You wouldn't make it.
Nextlier, it's "Enrage," NOT "Enraged." We enrage you, we're not enraged.
Nextliest, go ahead and dislike us, it makes me all warm and fuzzy inside.

The very second I asked in guild chat who commited this offense, my chat box erupted with pms asking for those 2 people to be promptly removed from the faction, with threats that they would leave if they were not kicked. I agreed with every single pm and was forced to take action immediately, even though they were being kicked anyways.
Just a message to ANYONE who thinks they can idle in our faction, and think they can be nice to people all day long and get away with it:
We will not allow such offenses to be committed, we will take action upon it IMMEDIATELY. If you are nice in any way shape or form GET OUT AND STAY OUT.0 -
Its guild policy in Enrage that you sit on a pineapple while you play.. So that you can maintain a certain amount of rage to keep the faction running as it should.. b:chucklePride comes before a fall! b:bye0
