RAWR!!! How do I change Tideborn face color?

Sorry for my bad English it's not my first language!!!

Everytime I want to make a psychic, I cannot change her face color, only body color... It looks so ugly with pale face and I'm sick of that purplish blue color.
BUT I just found this screenie in a thread:

Apparently, this person was able to change body and face color... and I can't =( Why? Am I glitched or what? D: Any help would be app...reciated (or however you spell that xD).

    If im right it has something to do with your graphics card, if you
    change your body color into some green color your head wont change for you
    but others will fully see you with green skin

    D: I don't care what others see, to be honest. *I* want to see my Perfect character in Perfect world *whines* =P
    So, that's all?? There's no real way to fix it??
    I have a pretty new video card with latest drivers so dunno... =/

    I hope too x.x I'll stick with my Veno for now, lol x) But when I see Psychics killing stuff in 1-2 hits around me, I get angry xD I might make a purple Psychic and keep the quest award makeover scroll for later :S I'm such a perfectionist when it's about my characters... heh, I have no life =P

    I know how you feel, luckely I didnt have the issue
    but when I played my Assasin on another comp with the face in diff color
    I got annoyed everytime I looked at her b:chuckle
