I can't get in my bank!!

My account was ****, and all my stuff is gone and i cant even get in my bank! I've sent tickets and tried to get the GM's attention but they arent responding! I came back to were you have to get a code to get in your bank and of course i dont know it! That was a feature installed while i was away and i cant even change my crappy gear someone please help me!!b:cryb:cry

    you'll have to wait for a reply from tech support/cs (one of the two lol) look for one monday or tuesday, and DON'T send more tickets in
