Apothecary skill ?_?

So, im sorry if it is the wrong section >.< And sorry for my AMAZING english too XD
Well, i woul learn the Apothecary Skill given by the Elder.. But i only have Blacksmith, Tailor and Craftman .-.
I was thinking it was my fault and once i took the quest i trashed it and it was gone. But i tried to do it with a random one of those three and nothing changed: it was still there.
So where is my apothecary skill? XD
I hope someone can help me (:

    Maybe you just talk to npc that giving the quest to collect mats. (then the npc give you lv 1 crafting book to learn craft at elder)

    I guess if you lost the quest just buy the book from npc that selling lv1 crafting books for 10k each, um . . don't remember the name but on etherblade he was the old man near the merchant, on lost city he was that barb near tailor npc if not wrong.

    * Oh yeah if apothecary i guess check those apothecary npc at your starter city ?

    Well i already checked all the apothecary in plume but nothing xD I'm gonna search for this npc for the book. Thank you *_*

    Uhm.. nothing. I checked the bookseller and bookmerchant but they just tell me random things without showing me the items. :(
    Anyother suggest?

    Hmm x.x i don't really know what to do, maybe those book seller is the only way ? b:surrender
    Because i try to buy it once on my newbie days and get a craft book (forget what book though, but it was same with book that you get when finishing gathering mats quest)

    And i already check these thread, can't find a clue.
