Breaking Armor?

So I've run across a quest that has got me stumped as to how to achive the goal, basically I need 15 Yiyuan Stones, which apparently is done by "Breaking Apart Armor/Weapons".

I'm interested into knowing how exactly I break apart armor, and what is required to do so, figured this would be the spot on the fourm to ask, considering that this part of the forums works with Materials and creates Armor and Weapons.

Any replys are very much apperciated, thank you for taking the time to read this.
