Killing boss

hello if my squad killing a boss and i'm a tanker (untammed)
and the boss died there are much items dropped but i never get any good, like molds etc i see them on the ground click on them but never get them?
looks like the player that hit the high damage get all molds Etc?

    if you do random distribution you just have to be lucky to get the goods, its what it says: random
    My caracters:
    Faith_z - 7x Cleric (main)

    The random mode is supposed to be random, but for some reason when I play with my bf he gets all the stuff so we play free mode instead <_<

    just solo your bosses, that way you get all the drops
