    sure, here's what you have to do.

    Buy some catfood at the whetstone keep merchant, not sure if it's the right merchant though.
    Then rightclick to activate it.
    You have to leave the game like this for 3 days, don't move your character, don't chat, don't anything.
    After 3 days you will get your mount in the mail.
