When will the Tideborns get fixed?

I've been waiting patiently for a while now, I'm wondering if and when the Tideborn face skin colour bug will get fixed.

I'm still a blue head and a tanned body. It's just that a fair few patches have come out since the expansion and was thinking that at least something would have been done by now.

    I agree, they seem to be taking their time b:angry
    (Thinks they also need to fix the venomancer graphical issues too)

    Ah well, they have other things to fix I suppose....

    I hope they fix the issue soon, I just got a new laptop and my tideborn character looks funny b:sad

    No ETA on a fix.

    Tech Support bugs the other departments about it weekly. b:victory
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
