so i wana make a heavy cleric with as near weapon and armor my lv
wand and heavy armor with a tome alredy still anybody
knew how to stat it

    It CAN work but.....very tough and not really what a cleric is all about.

    I personally would not recommend it but I know a few and I know a few who will be restating to Heavy once high 9x...

    it works. . just not very effective, but no reason in not trying. I mean come on, everyone is either light armor or Arcane. .b:chuckle

    apart that you have no MP and very low mag attack, p.def and hp is nice b:pleased

    I won't deny that taking a lot less damage from phys attacks would be nice, but the pdef and mdef from mixed heavy and arcane armor seems almost the same as straight light armor, so why not just use that?

    Heavy Armours for a Cleric?

    Go play BM, Barb or Veno instead... this build wont work on Clerics, you WON'T be able to wear either the updated Armours (if Str + Dex < Mag) or the updated Weapon (if Str + Dex > Mag).

    But if you insist to have a decent phys def, Light Armours will be the best for you.

    It depends on your gameplay and the most important is your ROLE though. I was LA build myself, but I reset my stats into pure Mag (with some Vit) now for end game purpose...

    Cleric... is just should be a cleric ^.^

    i remember at beginning of pwi i had a heavy cleric trying to heal me, i lost faith in humanity afterwards.

    As I said on a perious post 'bout Heavy clerics, the build depends too much on finding the correct gear and refining it to be effective rather on pure stat like the common builds do.

    You could do it, yes. But I think it'll be time consuming, costly and extremely frustating trying to reach the correct stat/gear for the build.

    Heavy cleric build:

    5 str, 6 mag, 1 dex per 2 levels HA and magic weapons your lvl.......notice thatusing 12/10 of your stat points and you still will have low HP.

    All those points are valid, but if the end result is a well built cleric, then a Heavy cleric build aught to be a viable alternative.

    Ok lets look at mid game something feasible but expensive at level 70

    HP is about average for that level cleric
    everything else is pretty bad

    That is not such a bad jop you did there mix and match.This would be good to help another cleric out.

    LA is one thing and i stil don't like it

    but HA is who cares about anything except p.def I must have MOAR p.def thats all that matters and this build usseless for both soloing(mag mobs will eat you with pleasure) and parties and in pvp you wouldnt be able to kill anyone cause your damage sucks and magic classes would kill you very fast
    its impossible to always do the right thing we all make mistakes i am not different from that
    just try to be a good person

    Hmm, I thought about it and I've seen a couple on the server. It *can* work but keep a couple of things in mind:

    If you want to keep extra damage, you will probably be wearing HA armor 10-20 levels below your level;

    Even then, you will probably be searching for - Str/ -Dex requiement instead of the other stats.

    You may also be hunting accessories and weapons with Str and Dex bonuses rather than magic attacks. Like a HA veno, your finishing weapon may end up being something like the Requiem Blade (89 legendary magic sword).

    In the end, you'll be a "battle cleric" with very weak healing power. Agreed, it's not what a cleric is all about.

    Putting heavy armor on a cleric is like putting magic robes on a barb. You can get fantastic phys def without making yourself useless by adding physical stones, refining your armors, and getting pdef adorns and accessories.

    That's the only thing about the build which is nice, but you're going to fail at healing, DD'ing and pvp'ing during territory wars. As someone else has already mentioned you're better off going for a barb and sticking him full of sapphire and citrine gems.
