So anyways its been a bit since I actually logged into PWI but if I recall a couple days ago there was this chat function implemented called "Horn". They have these octopus-like smilies (what I've been told are lochmur).

What does the horn do? Why is it there? And how do I use it?

    Yeah nothing more is known. All we were told was its a feature coming soon. Why they would add some components before its completed.....we shall never know. b:chuckle

    It's going to be a chat channel you can only type in through having a boutique item that shows up in its own window and other users can't filter it out.

    My guess, and also my fear.

    If that actually happens, my hopes for this game will die a little inside. A little more than they already have, that is

    world chat is already annoying enough, i can imagine you wont be able to blacklist horns..
