I have been trying for the past 2 days to buy gold. I have a visa gift card with 50 dollars on it and I have registered it for online use. Yesterday it told me after I registered it that I had to wait 24 hours. I waited 24 hours and just tried it a few times and it's telling me I have to wait another 24 hours now. The card has 50 dollars on it and all I want is to buy 20 dollars worth of gold. The zen charging site says it has sent 2 requests to buy gold, but obviously it hasn't because it would have charged the money. I really need to buy the gold because I have no money at all right now, so would an admin please help me get this problem solved?

First make sure you're charging it from this website.

After you do that be sure to select which payment option you want to use. Personally, when paying with a credit/debit card, I prefer to use either Google "Check out" service or Paypal (paypal shouldn't require an actual account).

From there be sure to fill everything out completely, accurately, and correctly. It should take anywhere from a couple seconds to a few minutes to verify and complete the transaction and then you should be able to transfer it to your server using the "My Wallet" system.

IF You can't do what I suggested above, then it means either its not accepting your card, or your card isn't active. Being a visa gift card it might have some issues. If all else fails, contact a GM via submitting a ticket or online chat. Remember, when speaking with GMs be patient and polite, and do not spam/repeatedly submit. Here is a link to the support section: http://support.perfectworld.com/

Another suggestion, if all else fails. Look into either a pay-by-phone service or the Rixty service (or another pay-by-cash service). I'd also recommend the Prepaid Gift Cards, which never present an issue and are easy to use and purchase. Prepaid Gift Cards are sold at many locations, if my memory serves me right, these places include 7-11 and Target.

Yea I just used paypal. I didn't think about it but I already had an account. But thanks. It finally worked. I just didn't understand why it wouldn't take my card by itself.
