Yes it's a scam, u can actually scatter cash items or even dropped with SAFETY LOCK

    I assume you mean "shatter" items with safety lock. Yes, that's the point.

    As far as dropping, if you dropped with safety lock on, take a screenshot and send a ticket, that's all you can do.
