Which Would You Chose?

I'm hoping to get some opinions here about a weapon choice. I have a lvl 45 blademaster (fist fighter) for whom I had constructed a pair of very impressive fists around lvl 33. The basic stats on these fists are:
Three stars, one socket, refined +1
Lvl 5
Physical Attack 177-195 (499-599 range)
Durability 102
Randomly imbued properties: Vitality +3, Max. phys att +38
Avg. Amber Shard: +50 accuracy
I was very impressed with these fists when I first made them, and have used them for the last 12 levels. Several times over these last dozen levels, I tried to create another pair of fists that I could use once I attained lvl 43. Numerous wastes of rough fur, purified oil and high-carbon steel later, I finally came up with . . . well, have a look:
One star, one socket, refined +1
Lvl 6
Physical Attack 188-206 (518-558 range)
Durability 96
Randomly imbued properties: HP +105
No imbued soulgem as of yet
Obviously, both fists have their pros and cons. The first set has a higher damage range and accuracy, while the second gives a 5% boost to my character's hit points and can use a common shard.
Which one is better? Opinions?

At your level it honestly doesn't matter what kind of fists you use as long as it deals decent damage. The 60hp the second one gives over the first one won't matter at all as mobs deal much more damage than that in one hit. I would say purify the first one and slap on a garnet shard.
Personally I would say lurk the AH for nice fists until you get AoS at lvl 60, which will last you for 10 levels. If you are working on your Blacksmith skill, do it after you get AoS so even if you waste mats making crappy weapons, you'll still have nice fists to use. I made the mistake of manufacturing all of my fists. I bought all the mats and had no money left to buy from AH and ended up using really crappy ones until I got AoS.0 -

^^ This + you level that fast nowadays waisting coins trying to make a good pair isnt worth the hassle0 -
If you can equip fists you gain relatively little benefit from accuracy shards. Accuracy shards are mostly for dedicated axe users, in my opinion.
Meanwhile a blemished garnet would be enough to make your second set out-damage your first set.0 -

Something to think about. Thanks. I have been working on my blacksmith skill (I'm lvl 3 in it now) and honestly, the fists I've made have been above and beyond anything I've found or purchased.
I've been using the second set, but the only problem is equipping it with a compatible stone. Funds have been limited.0
