T born hidden quest

ok people i keep hearing peeps talk about a free charm so i complaete the tideborn quest but cant pick up the quest from emrald moon -.- seriously, WHY CANT I GET THE FRAKIN QUEST b:cry

    What's the last step in the Tideborn quest string you did? There's one point where you turn in a quest at Ormin, and the next step has to be picked up from Dizzy, have you checked your quest finder? The quest from Emerald Moon can only be picked up after you've finished all previous steps.

    I ad the same problem. The hidden Chain starts at te Elder in City of raging tides. And if im not wrong u can start it at 57. Then after some quests, theres a break-cut again. After the next culti you can start "sorrow shore" at emerald moon. So, all u need is the right lvl, if u did all right.
    Sucks a bit, but ull see. ^^

    Somewhere after the blood combat (really soon after that point) you need to be level 60 to keep going.

    i believe after you stop at ormin and have to go to dizzy you need to be 60

    after u kill the lochmur piranha looking fish and talk to the npc to get a plat hp charm.
