Shared quest drops for squads

Hi noob question :). I know that when you're in a squad doing a quest just asking you to kill a certain number of monsters, the number of kills is shared with everyone. Does that still apply if they are asking for drops (like lynx skins and all that)?

    Yea, although there are a few quests that don't work in a squad. Can't remember which ones offhand lol.

    Im pretty sure one of the quests you have to do solo is the Heavenwear Fragment quest you get in the high 40s. Another quest you have to do solo is the KunKun quest. But yah, most quests, whether for kills or specific drops, the kills/drops are shared amongst the squad.

    Also if it is a drops or kill quest that you CAN be squaded for everyone w/in squad will get the drop/kill from the same kill PROVIDED that they are within range. Range can be seen via the mini-map (when it's not lagging). To see what the drop/kill range is ZOOM IN the mini-map to where it won't zoom anymore if a squad member is "on the ring" around the mini-map they are out of range. Everyone in squad must be within the mini-map ring when it's zoomed in to get the counts.

    Regards to KunKun, provided you can kill off 51% of it's HP, people can then DD the last 49% of KunKun's life while still giving you the kill (did it like that on my non-veno char). Another quest like this is the guardian fish monster down off the NW side of the main Tideborn island.
