    It's an event every Thursday called Tournament. Basically it's a pyramid-type pk fest, winner gets a championship scroll. There's a winner for each level range, which is why you see several winners.

    City of Abominations has been glitched to show up on Thursday for ages now, and to join the Tournament go to the Tournament Agents by the Teleport Masters in large cities (such as West Archo) and join at 8 PM EST.

    no thats something else the tournament agent is an npc by the west arch teleporter and one across from the south banker and some other places as well.
