patching problem

When I try to patch/update the game, it keeps bugging on certain parts and keeps repeating them over and over. Right now it's the chinese characters part and won't get past them. Before it was the .dds files and then the litmodel files.

The file that got screenshotted isn't necessarily the problematic file. It's just part of the group that keeps repeating over and over.

    Yes, I've installed about 10 different manual patches. They all give me an error.
