im currently a World of ******** player, but ive become bored with it after playing for 5 years now. i used to play this game but it didnt last long because of the minimal grouping and extreme quest repeating.

it has been a very long time sense i played this game though and im hoping that its been upgraded. are there more instances or dungeons? i remember only 1 when i played and it wasnt anything special.b:sad

so for those of u, who have played WoW and this. do u think its worth switching games? or is there more to entertain me in WoW still ?

all personal preference my main man. You can read in the forums all you want about what we all think. End of the day, you just gotta go and play it, give it a shot.

Yes, the game is having some issues, economies bad, bugs and other issues. But at the end of the day, it's a game, they all have these things. Go give it a shot, and welcome to Perfect World b:pleased

Well, the squading thing depends on why ye want to squad. For an instance of any kind, youll definately want a squad. For some of the quests out there, youll want a squad, especially those which have a low drop rate, or a short time limit. But other quests wont allow you to squad for them, as the drop rate goes from decent to non-existant if you are in a squad. As for instances, youll have quests in a instance roughly every 10 lvls, starting at lvl 19. Once you hit lvl 40, youll have a daily quest which will take you into an instance.

As for the quests, while the individual quests are different, the basic formula is generally the same. "Go here, and collect X number of Y item from Z type of creature(s)" Best advice i can give you is just try out the game.

You can win the game if you can even spend $15 a month on this game.

lol it goes right back to the "personal preference" thing, even concerning economy. Right now, the cash players are loving the economy as its a little gold mine for them. The players who cant/wont invest cash find it way more difficult to get things they want with the high gold prices. Im sure its WAY different then what it was when u say u played last, theres alot of instances to enter but note that most of it is for higher lvl players. The squad system is way smaller than WoW, its max 6 players so the interaction isnt as high. Theres 2 (now semi) new classes to choose from which brought a few new quest and mobs to play around with. I think if u jump back in it and hang around long enough to learn some of the features you might change over entirely.

thanks b:laugh i still have 7 hours left to down load but im gettign excited to see whats changed. im trying to figure out what im going to play as. lol i was a cleric last time and i found it hard to quest and useless in the instance i was in. so i think i might try the venom thing but ill tinker around. if anyone has tips for me id gladly that ANY help i can get. im such a WoW geek that any other game is like gibberish to me.
