    No one knows. For now it's a implemented GUI change with no defined use.

    I can only take a guess at a few things, but when it might be in --> Who knows.

    Personally I would rather have the 79/89/etc TideBorn skills....


    However, did you see the Blob similes for the Horn b:chuckle

    Im guessing it is like world chat but more expensive/less rambling than WC.

    Maybe notifies all players online and uses sounds?

    Definitely not cross-server chat. They cant even transfer items from server to server.

    maybe totally unrelated, but when servers first came up after maint there was an orange chat "Canadian Mascot is
    " i don't remember what it said. it was like GM chat scrolling across the screen cept it was orange text not red.

    Yes they are octopus and for those who do not know how to access them, click the horn icon then click on the smilies. Also, what the heck cost $500?!?! If it's that chat box then PWI creaters/dev's and the people who will eventually actually pay that are out of their minds. Also, I hate that box and there is already not much room on my interface and that is only in the way. I haven't found one place I can put it without it getting in my way and affecting my game play (having to take the time to move it to click something.) So far I have put it in the upper right hand side but even then, it's in the way. May I suggest next patch to give us the ability to minimize it? b:surrender

    Frankie mentioned that the new window will be used in a new feature. I'm clueless here since I cant really think of anything. If you click and drag the window above the general chat window its less noticeable, I wish we could hide them though.

    check where u choose channel chat the one on the far right is the one which requires horns also type anything saying !# as code at the start n will say u need a horn
