Ok, It may be a noob question but I really don't know.

What is this chat window? I don't know how to disable it, and there is nothing in it either.

    I was just about to ask about that, too. I don't remember it being there before, though maybe it was. But, one way or another it really gets in the way, and NOTHING has shown up in it yet despite all the monsters I've been killing this morning. I really want to make it go away so I can pick up items and attack monsters without having to rotate the camera all the time.

    Is there a way to get rid of it? It's getting annoying going to click a monster or an item and getting that window instead. :(

    I don't know if you can get rid of it, but you should be able to drag it to somewhere less annoying.

    It could be ok for me if there were something in it like dmg or something else, but there is NOTHING. Its really annoying b:cry

    I was about to make a thread with the same question, the window however CAN be moved around so it's less of an annoyance, to do so, click on the small left grey bar and hold it, then you can drag the window around
    Please, PLEASE make the window OPTIONAL, so we can disable it, it's annoying and totally useless

    Are we ever going to be able to disable it/make it disappear? Right now it's nothing more than a nuisance.

    too many windows... anything with text should be cramped into the ONE chatbox.

    i drug the window on top my avatar for the time being. But i also agree give us the option to disable it, or minamize it.b:pleased

    The best advice I've found was to move it up and cover the mini-map with it. It goes away when your mouse isn't over it anyways. Because I cannot click on my mini-map with it up there, I prefer to just hide it underneath my General Window; no need to click down there anyways.

    Regardless, the option to minimize would be great. It was a bit annoying before I figured out where to put it. And if I had a small play area, I would be pretty upset. My screen real-estate is precious; this window is a useless waste of that space.

    This. I put mine on top of my general box with my damage (which I very rarely scroll up in, which is why I won't put it on the chatbox), and it hasn't bothered me since. b:victory

    The screenshot isn't being used to insult anyone so I would hope it wouldn't be a problem. There just happen to be names in it while asking what the annoying window is for. I really hope they give us an option to get rid of it. Don't know if the other two have that option since I like having them up anyway, but right now the other is useless and it's bigger than the others, gets in the way of attacking and picking up items.

    I have it up in top left. i dont click on my hp/mp anyway. but pisses me off cant jsut be minimized

    This could also tie into the new slot right beside your helmet which is called "Vendor Proof". I haven't seen that slot before :S.

    Lol, well with everyone asking about a way to atleast minimize it, including myself in another post, they will give us this option after the next patch. Also, it's great to see a reply from Frankie but to be honest, I don't care that it's another new feature only because there is already way too many things I need on the interface. Keep putting more things up then I won't beable to see myself at all. b:sad

    correct! one of the things i like in pw is this: i dont have 1 million icons around my interface and i can see clearly! i hope the new window wont make the things worse

    It's a pain, I keep trying to click mobs chasing after squishies and bam, window gets in the way and we have a dead squishy -.-

    Get rid of it.

    Just move it up to the top left or right of the game screen if you want.

    It is kind of a hassle if you are using a weird resolution like 1000-600 or something.

    Hopefully there will be a minimize option with whatever new kind of feature is put in b:victory
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?
