After patch, no double xp?

Correct me if i'm wrong because apparently i am.... but wasn't double xp supposed to be on after the maintenance? Well its not, so when WILL it be on...?

    ah, k thanks. (stayed up for this thinking it would be on after patch) Guess its gonna be all niter ftw then, lol.
