How can I use the mail service in game?

hi everyone
I'd like to know how the mail service exactly works..
I mean: I tried to send money to a friend and an armor, but when I attach the item it says that there isn't any recipe! what's the meaning of this?
and I need to send some items to my 2nd character, too.
it's the trade service the only one that I can use to do these things?

    "there is no recipient" is the actual message

    meaning you were sending stuff to a character that doesnt exist.

    the names in the game are CaPiTaL SeNsItIve!!!

    and make sure you spell the name right... or you might send it to the wrong person.



    Mail takes 1 hour to process when there is an item sent with the message.
    Coin/messages are instant, no wait time for the mail.

    Mail with items or coin will stay in their "inbox" until the item(s) is removed.
    mail without any coin or items will automaticly delete itself in 29 days.

    once an item has been removed from a message, the message will delete itself in 2 days.

    when it say no recipe it mean u have type wrong name

    If your friend is online, you can meet and "Trade", there will be no fee. For giving things to your alt chars, there is the "Account Stash", its a cash shop item, don't know the price atm. But once you have it all your chars can use it, and again, there is no fee.

    The account stone is 15 gold. It gives you 16 slots (non-extendable) that any chars on the same account can use.
