I can't enter servers

Ok, I've played this game before and I love it so I got some friends into it too, I created a character called xXPandamanXx and got to level 13 in just 3 hours, since it was around 12 at night I logged off and went to sleep, today I try get back on the Dreamweaver server, the fish stay around the screen a bit longer than usual while the characters load or whatever, I choose xXPandamanXx and press start... then nothing happens. The only thing I can do is Exit, even if I try make a new character in that server I can't start. It has happened to me 2 times (Dreamweaver and Ripetide both with Panda Barbarians of the same name.) How do I fix this?

    I just created another character in another server, one thing they all have in common so far is that the game works fine until I pass level 10.

    Did you try a verify of the gamefiles from the launcher?

    I tried and it didn't work, now my level 4 barbarian in dreamweaver also has the same problem (I had a new account and an old account and now I can't go to dreamweaver with any of the two).

    Reinstall the game. If you have plently of time, format your computer, reinstall windows xp with service pack 3. Then reinstall the game and manual patch. It will work 100%. I can bet you a cheese cake.

    I've been trying to log into Raging Tide server and no go. After i enter my account name and password it says it's logging into the server, then hangs then says "Unable to connect to server". Anyone else have this problem? The loader says Raging Tide is online, as does the website. Instead of logging in i click the Switch button to switch servers to log into, and i notice the server Raging Tide has dashes in it's entries. Meaning it's offline or not responding. What is going on? Why does everything say it's online, yet the current server status via the game client says it's offline. WTF?!

    as of about 12:00 last night I couldn't log on at all onto Raging Tide.
    The server has to be out on there in everything has been working ok up till then.

    Ok that is except for the rapid disconnects in game that simply frustrate me and have been going on for days now.

    I've been trying about once an hour and i still can't log in. It's not my internet nor is it my computer. I just checked and it seems 2 more servers were down. What i want to know is why isn't it reflected on the site that the servers are down? And with PWI not giving us the 2x exp/spirit/drop Facebook event details of it's play time shows me their flaky. I would be really cautious about giving any more money to this company. They want your money but are slow into weeks to respond to anything.

    After every update my firewall wants a confirmation the program is allowed to acces the internet, sometimes i forget and have the same thing. I doubt it is pwi, cause i dont see any official posts about servers being offline, so it must have something to do with your compu or firewall

    Technically I can log in and see my character but when I try to start the game the screen simply stays on "Entering Perfect World..." for about 30 seconds and then it says disconnected from server.

    I created a test character on Dreamweaver and it worked just fine so as far as I can tell its just the Raging Tide server that won't let me in the game.

    Edit: Well now I get the music and sound but the screen doesn't come up and I just get disconnected. It was working fine until the last update. I will try to reinstall, verify, and try again.

    I have already tried several computers with different Internet access but I have the same problem. My friend is also have the same problem.

    Final Edit: Ok I redownloaded and reinstalled and verified and it works. Sorry you had to listen to my hissy fit guys but I hope we've all learned from it.

    Ok now I know something is wrong. It worked for about 10 minutes then I started getting rampant disconnects and now it does it again even before the game loads up. Will someone plz suggest a solution, I'm about to try compatability mode but i swear it has to be the server.

    Its been going on for a while every now and then but this is getting ridiculous as I virtually can't play the game at all now.

    If anyone has any more tips plz let me know.

    The reply seems to be that the problem must be the computer... but when the computer has been running the game fine, then after the server restart it won't run the game at all... I'd say the problem is NOT my computer. I'm doing a verify right now, but since the server restart I haven't been able to log in. I get to the screen where I put in my username and password, it says that it's trying to connect to server, then after 20 seconds I get "Cannot connect to server" with a "Confirm" button. I tried RagingTide and one other.

    after the server restart, i can open the game but i cant log into a server. just timesout

    Maybe its just me, however, did anyone check to see if the servers they were trying to access were even online? It is around 11:15pm pst and by what I can see all the servers are offline currently. Perhaps there are most technical underlying issues for other individuals. Good luck :)

    Where are you looking? Because where I looked on the main page of the site, it says the servers are all online.

    If you read, all servers are offline right now.
    Though, it would be nice to get an official post or email stating why.

    Haha never mind. They're showing offline now. But they were definitely showing "online" on the site when i was trying to log in about half an hour ago. I guess I'll wait for the servers to come back online.

    It would all make perfect sense due to them working on Pacific Time.
    It is only about 23:30 there, so getting the servers ready for 1am (in 90minutes) is what Ima go with.
