So people, i didn't found a decent post about this, so i will ask it:
Wich are the best genie skills for a cleric?
i know holy path is wonderfull, so u can jump it .-.

When I started out I liked earthquake for a while. I'd screwed up my stats a little and hadn't gotten my skills leveled yet so I was actually getting hit and increasing my repair costs. Knockback + high chance of interrupting channelling was really nice. Not to mention it confused people to no end trying to figure out how a cleric was knocking back everything.
Just got absolute domain, which is a very short duration/range invulnerability skill. Using that more as a panic button in squads. Haven't had to use it very much yet.Now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
The other half is having enough ordinance to level a small country.0 -
First of all get the Zeal genie for the default skills which lures mobs without pulling a group very very handy in p attack groups
Cloud Eruption max level gives a bar and a half of chi which enables you to triple spark tempest in the end
Holy path so ur not the slowest person in the squad QQLost City FTW0 -

I've been looking for a post like this since I didn't want to create another one. I'll piggy back off this one.
What is the absolute best (I know, it's all opinions) build for a genie. I have a level 26 genie that I have not touched a single point or affinity on yet because I don't know where I'm heading.0 -

my first genie was a Zeal and she was... unlucky x_X 2/20 ;x
i made a new one and now she is 9/10, a good start xD

cant imagine my genie without cloud eruption, absolute domain and holy path
and as last spell i used whatever was needed: adrenaline for 3-2+ or second wind/other survival spell for FF

every genie is good, but zeal's initial skill is the only one who can pull individual mobs xP
but her lack of dexterity is horrible T.T0 -

2. The starter skill on a Zeal has the ability to "pull" mobs (dragging one over to you out of a cluster of mobs with group-aggro)

Holy path, expel, tree, earthquake, and if you have the affinity for it, cloud eruption as a failsafe.0

Sralyn mine says no trade on it so how?I will have to get back the default skill as I got rid of it.I still got my infliction genie and found that is default skill can pull as well it has holy path as well and being lvl 35.Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.0

To make a genie tradeable, you have to change it to trade-state and wait a week.
As a side note: You can also buy a new genie from the Watcher of the Earth for three mirages, so don't bother with that if the genie isn't lucky.
Infliction genie spell cannot pull. No other genie spell can pull one mob from a group of aggro mobs except for Earthflame, the starter genie skill for Zeal genies. Some others used to be able to pull but they can't anymore.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

My cleric has:
*TOP - just in cases when im busy healing & don't have much time to tend to myself
*Extreme poison - 20% more dmg is nice
*Cloud eruption - for chi, I dont like using the apo tea item cause the cooldown is so long incase il need others.
*Absolute domain - u & also your other squad members will be thankful... It will save your **** a lot...
*Tangling mire - just an aoe debuff, couldnt think of what to get & it's nice to have to make things faster if a party is zhening like during rbs.

You should always have the genie skill Holy Path. It can get you out of very tough situations. You can also experiment with some other cleric only genie skills, like Rainbow Blessing which gives +8% Critical Hit and possibly RB effects to yourself or other party members for a few seconds.0

I am waiting on another genie my lvl, but I have a lower lvl one right now and earthquake has saved my butt and many others as well, I have second wind for extra healing in instances where it's tough and bosses aoe. I have holy path (a must for any cleric because we're just slow like that), and I have my initial skill to pull mobs with0
