TW Map

So, not 30 seconds ago I was talking with a friend about how much we love RTS games, and Tower Defense games, and how that pretty much was the reason why we loved TW so much.

Problem is though, we found, was that the only variable that changes in TW is which faction is fighting the other.

What if each territory had its own map? The castles could be the same, just the terrain around them would get mixed up for a change of pace. Have the roads do something weird, I dunno.

Immolition Camp would be a volcanic waste, The Harshlands would be a winter-wonderland. Misfortune and the new Tide area's would incorporate water, small islands, and bridges. The Cities? Places with Towns? Take scenery from those respective cities and towns and make the battlefield look like the places we are trying to conquer!

I think it would make it a lot more fun, much more visually appealing, more challenging, and it would also mix things up for the hardcore TW factions that dominate the maps after getting 1 good strategy.

    Great Idea.

Wouldnt it be great if you were attacking Archosaur to be actually attacking in Archosaur!!!

I put an idea in a different thread to put door on the castle entries.
Give the doors about 2 mill hp or smth and that would make TW alot more challenging. And stop TW being over in 5 mins.

Also, another idea, have alliances and have the allies attack and defend.

Spawn points would be outside of the town, only 1 base, and a hold the flag scenario. 2 hour war, you would have to take the crystal, and stop the incommings, hold the cyrstal for 5 mins, then the holding side would become the attacking side. The person who holds after 2 hours would be the winner.

    Cheers
