where and how do you relocate stat points in perfect world?

    1st: how bad is it?

    2nd: restat scrolls can be bought from the boutique to restat stats.

    3rd: one can easily and without any trouble reroll (remake) their character if the character they messed up on be a low level.

    you're low enough. you need 50 str anyway, just stock magic, you'll be fine

    There are essentially 2 options for restating:
    1) Purchase a Restat note from boutique/player, go to the Elder of a major city, and select the reset points option (i think thats what the option is called)

    2) If your character is under lvl 30, it would be easier to just reroll your char, and read a class guide on proper builds for your class.

    If anyone knows of anything else, toss it out there.
