Spirit costs for class & craft skills

Hi its the uber noob here again with another question/request.

Please will someone post me a link to the following info, as i have been unsuccessful to make to find it thus far b:surrender

I would like to know (Archer) spirit required for each skill & also cost in gold to level them..... same please for crafting upgrading... how much spirit per level & how much gold?

Click on any of the powers and choose the level with the level+, level- buttons. At the top it will display the amount of spirit + coin needed for each skill you learn.
