+9 85 lunar?

I have a friend who is currently using a +9 broadland, and he pk's with it but doesn't use dolls and doesn't use safety lock, he says he will never drop it as long as he never unequips the weapon, but I believe I read somewhere that there's always a 1% chance to drop something no matter what happens, and even then going redname you can still drop something as valuable as +9 broadland, so who is right him or me? I say u have to bound it no matter what b/c of that 1% chance but he says its worth so much that he'll lose too much money to bound it.

    Sorry it was a +8 broadland not +9 but i still think it's too valauable to drop in pk lol.

    Ouch. When pink or even rednamed the chance to drop items actually increases. And yes if he PK's he can lose his +9 even when equipped.

    I love pking people like that. Let them attack first so they go Pink (20% to drop i think) and kill them. :)

    If you have no red hours and pk you won't lose equipped items. I used to do that all the time and i never dropped anything. He just has to make sure that he doesn't go red by accident.

    And the 1% chance you mentioned only applies to white name players and they can only lose something in inventory.

    there's a very small chance to drop equipped items no matter what color name you have (well, i dunno about blue)... its happened to people I know, and it's happened to me. But to each his own b:chuckle

    BTW Broadland is a FC weapon, not Lunar.

    Then you should submit a ticket because that would be a bug (a serious one).

    You're not supposed to drop equipped items unless you have PK hours clocked, as previously stated.

    There is always the 1% chance to drop an item from inventory upon death (be it PvP or PvE) regardless of the color of your name (even blue named).

    However, to start dropping equipped items you would have to be red. As in, you would have to had killed a white name. Simply attacking someone and going pink isn't enough to drop an equipped item.

    Blue named players no longer drop anything (0%). This was altered back when shatter system was introduced I believe.

    People, please stop making up rumors. You can only drop equipped items if you are red. If not there is a bug in the game. Screenshot and send a ticket.

    Proof please. I'm redname and I've yet to drop equipped fashion.
