Help with GM Live Chat

Hello, I wanted to talk with the GM's on Live Chat because I have not recieved a response to my tickets which I emailed 2 days and a day ago. After you enter your Name, Game and Server, what do you press? because it appears that there is no button.

Can I get help with this or if it is possible, could a GM contact me directly?

    The ticketing system takes 3-5 buisness days to get an answer from. Live Chat is only open during buisness hours.

    Ok, thank you very much.
    I shall wait, sorry if I have caused any disturbance.
    Last time I sent a ticket it was replied withing 24hrs so I assumed I might have made a mistake in typing my email, thats why I sent the second email.

    If you send a ticket more than once it resets your place in line, soz. b:surrender
