New guy looking for a bit of advise

Good evening my fellow archers, I would like to know if anyone can tell me what is the moves I should pick to make a archer that loves to kill things with special moves. for example shoting fire arrows etc. How do you destribute somme the points for strenght and etc.

    4 dexterity, 1 strength every level, abbrviated str/dex.

    your passive moves are key importance IE:
    blazing arrow
    bow mastery
    winged blessing

    secondary moves of great aid in battle (level them at a pace, but not over passives)
    frost arrow
    sharpened tooth arrow
    stunning arrow
    knockback arrow (LEAVE AT LEVEL 1)

    great support moves: (these are nice to have)
    wings of grace
    winged shell
    wings of protection

    moves youll need at higher levels:
    barrage of arrows
    take aim
    quickshot

    these are nice but optional:
    lightning moves
    aim low
    deadly shot

    Demon Quick Shot has a 50% chance for a 6 second attack rate buff. But that is at lvl 89 or onwards.

    May i ask the next question in my mind. I saw that there is a lvl 22 bow that I saw in game advice thing howcan i ge it is it random quest or not. I would like a step by step guide if possible.

    I believe you're referring to the Moonlight Bow. It's a mold weapon, meaning you obtain the mold (usually as a rare drop from bosses), and take that along with certain materials to the forges in southwestern Archosaur to craft the weapon. In this case, the mold is a rare drop from the boss of the Winged Elf FB19 (Poison Tail Occultist).
