Map not displayed properly

The top and the bottom of my map is missing, it doesnt display properly. At the moment, the top of my map starts halfway through where it says Misfurtune and the bottom of my map ends under the word shattered cloud. Is there a way I can fix this as it makes teleporting very difficult to the tideborn island and I must walk/fly there instead. b:surrender

    I had the same problem.
    It's duo the resolution settings, if your map is missing parts (top, bottom) just lower the resolution.
    I am not sure why it's effected, and why some have this problem and some dont.
    But would be nice if it would get fixed

    lowering the resolution doesnt work, cuz i use PWI in window mode so I stretch out the screen to fit my whole screen. the reason i use PWI in window mode is becuz i talk on msn and surf the web while going from one place to another on wings ^_^

    If it helps my laptop is a widescreen with resolution of 1600 by 900 pixels, windows vista(shouldnt make a difference)

    it a know bug since tideborn expansion they are wokring on a fix

    It's not since the expansion, I'm pretty sure it's been this way since day 1 lol. It has to do with using widescreen resolutions. The map should display fine with a res of 1024x768 or any higher that keeps that ratio.

    Yeah it's here for ages.
    But no even keeping res ratio does not work (not for all at least)

    lower the resolution to one of the PRESET resolutions. and uncheck the widescreen option.

    actually you has had this "problem" before and merely didn't notice it until after the expansion where you actually started to have a need to see the lower/upper parts of the map. b:chuckle

    don't play in wide screen mode and play on a lower preset resolution.

    (it be the widescreen which be the problem since it doesn't fix the map to fit the preset widescreen option and instead just cuts off the top & bottom of the map)

    Its my LAPTOP thats widescreen, not the settings on the game that has been ticked to widescreen, but changing to 1024 x 768 does display the map properly, ty =), the game is so small on my screen now lol >.< gues ill have to play around and find something to suit =)
