i am so mad right now. i did the blood combat quest. now..i know sometimes in quests if you pet kills a mob it won't count. but this quest is not only timed..but i killed one of the mobs on my own...like i was the one taking damage and i -still- didn't count. i killed more than 25 of those stupid undead warriors and i still lost! if we're being timed for this why make it that much harder for us? even the mobs i tanked weren't counting!

    err ive nvr heard of killing with pet doesn't count o.o what is the name of the quest? was it a collect or kill?

    Were you in a group at all because I had the same problem last time I tried to do the quest.

    also... did you kill the right ones? i made the mistake of killing the wrong named ones for a bit.

    I agree there are two mobs that look the same, did u check the names ?

    other than that I never heard that pet doesn't count issue :/

    that ques tneed ot be done in solo
    even if u are solo inside but in squad it consider u in squad
    i killed these mobs with my pet and had no problem
    genesis (r.i.p.) ===> conqueror (r.i.p.) ===> zen (r.i.p.) ===> iam (r.i.p.) ===> guardianz (r.i.p.) ===> spectral ===> essence
    starting to be a nice guild hoppers b:surrender

    i read it. i wasn't in a squad. i was killing the correct mobs..they all had the same name and 10 of them counted. -_- and yes there is an issue with some quests about pets killing the mobs and not you..hence why i tried tanking the mob myself a few times to try to get it to count

    or maybe it's just me apparently. it's mostly collection quests where it happens this is kinda the first time where i've been killing something and it didn't count..and it's infuriating

    i would suggest to verify files before starting game might have corrupted one ?!

    I agree, if you're having trouble always verify your files first.
