Rebirth Order Delta?

Could anyone tell me please, what is a rebirth order delta, and how much do they sell for? Just found two on the floor...

    I haven't checked recently, but I think RB orders are in AH somewhere. Unfortunately they've never bothered making any real search options for AH so who knows.

    They are.

    Materials --> Other --> Vally of reprition (or something, you'll notice it when you see it)

    It houses:
    RB orders (alpha, beta, gamma, delta) and mystical tome frags
    9 out of 10 voices in my head say I'm not crazy... the 10th is singing the music of tetris
