Help please- can't infuse exp into genie?

Ok for some reason I can only infuse exp into me lvl 21 genie from an exp cube, not my exp. My infuse ratio is 100%, however...is it something to do with that? Any help would be appreciated ^^

    Put it into non - trade state. Enjoy
