Can't use Guardian Scroll

Second time I died and again i can't use my guardian scroll. Whats wrong ??
I'am just trying to solo some bosses.

    They should be triggering automatically when you die - should be a little message in your chat/system saying '1 Guardian Scroll used/consumed/dissappeared'. After that just town or use a res scroll and your exp shouldnt budge.

    guardian scroll (doll) just make u protect from drop and exp lost
    resurect scroll make u with an option to rez where u died
