Im just wondering, i dont know if this is the right spot for this, i guess its NOT really technical, but i would like to know where i can find the Terms of service for Perfect world international, as i would like to re-read through them

    Wow yes i am incredibally dumb b:surrender but hmm, well i heard something about Territory wars, terms and conditions, like, how one faction is only able to own one level 1 territory, maybe just made up, but i would like some conformation on this matter
