im forget suddenly im close while im playing game,and when i wanna come back in the screen there is words that client is running unable to proceed with update and i can't press the update button please how can i play this game again,thank for the advise,this first time im playing this game.b:laugh

    Umm... Are you trying to download the updates through the update client? sometimes the big patches can take a while and if there is a hiccup in your internet service it can cause problems for the download. Try this link if you are downloading updates instead of using the downloader and manually patch the game.

    You will need to look at your current game version and download the next patch. If your game version is 216 download the 217-233 patch then the 233 to 263 patch and manually install them. If your game version is 233 then all you need is the 233-263 patch. And if you have version 254 just download the 254-263 patch. Save these patches to your desktop for easy access.

    In order to do a manual update:
    1)Open your Perfect World Update Client and click on the button at the bottom that says Upd.Sets.
    2)Make sure update automatically is unchecked and click confirm. You may have to restart your Update Client.
    3)Once the Update Client is restarted from the main menu click on the button that says Manual.
    4)Look under your desktop in the window that pops up and click on the patch you are patching in.

    Once the patch is finished and if you have more patches to manually input then start at step 3.

    I hope this helps your problem. If you aren't having issues with downloading the game or the patches then you will have to be more specific in your next post. Happy hunting!

    Look in your taskbar, in the right hand corner (press the arrow to stretch it out) and look for the yellow and red PW icon. If it's there, double click it. If not, either:

    1. Press ctrl+alt+del, go to task manager, processes, find element.exe and end it.

    OR

    2. Restart your computer.

    Both should solve your problem. b:victory

    Yep she is right. This maybe happened to you because of the recently bug crashes.For now it seems to be a newer problem so it will take while.

    If you can't log in is because you are already logged and you need to run game again from your tray bar.
