TBH --> TW was one of the main reasons I went Sage. Also, with my "normal" gear I have 9% crit (ten if I stop being lazy and change 6 stat points...lol), but Ihave 2 rings for cata that give me about 400 more HP and extra pdf (from +vit). We can be very versitile b:cute[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Best bets for Crit --> v
Metal Mastery = +2%
Lunar Ring = +3% /w -6% channel and +250 pdef
Seal of Eternal Soulitude = +3% /w added Dex (7/8) and Vit (7/8)

yea thats what i was including to get the crit.. except seal, havent heard of that one, ill look into it.

I love nub clerics posting like they know how high lvl instances work b:cute we, here, work in instances where bosses easily kill off lv101 barbs even in BB. Being naive is one thing, ignorant is another lol. Yours is on the same lvl as Asmathi once posting on the forums saying all lv95 weapons are USUALLY +12ed lol this was before orb sales, talk about ignorance eh? Think about it for a second. Extra healing power, which comes anyway via stacking and Wellspring casts and should NOT be necessary with a half-decent tank or MP recovery which effectively reduces self-IH casts to 100mp in cost (since you recover 300mp and it costs 400mp), making it incredible for soloing on top of regenerating the barbs MP letting them cut loose with far more skills than usual.
I'm not saying one is better than the other since its two sides of the same coin. It is for a Cape...and some not bad ones at that..Look Here
However, easier to just look at the Forges under Armor as the database does not really show the stats....Most work like this: +6-7 of vit, dex, mag, str...with add ons like: +215 pdef x2, +% crit, +hp...etc etc[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

Demons chi stealing skill has a 30 second cooldown while sage has a 1 minute cooldown. If used correctly you would never be able to spark unless u pot.
but by saging sage is better DD just because of sparks is horribly inaccurate. Since spark only lasts for a small time while i can be pretty much 1 sparked the entire time until i can 3 spark.
edit: again im talking specifically about pvp. DD in PvE is another story. But again earlier i did say

If every cleric had to be sage to cure a tank then every cleric would be a sage. Its as simple as that. Nowhere in my post did I say it wasn't useful, just that the difference shouldn't be the line between life and death. Using that 5k HP example it amounts to 34 HP difference every second. If a tank is taking that hard a beating, then you're still going to struggle even with the sage version!
As for BB, even I know that people can die with it up. It halves damage and restores large amounts every 5 secs, but its not a magical invulnerability spell. I'm not sure where you were going with this one. Either you're advocating the use of Ironheart over BB for these situations, or you're pointing out the obvious that some mobs are tough enough to bust through Regeneration Aura. If its the latter, save it. I've already fought targets which can do that. If its the former, then just come out and say so. I have no problems with conceding to better knowledge, but less of the attitude next time.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0 -

Yet there are 2 other kind of pvp where not many use it, which is pk wars and TW.
Especially for TW when it comes to killing the catabarb,and i can spark 1 min earlier than you as demon,which leads to less crystal damage taken cos i killed the barb earlier.I see the sage in advantage.
Bringing up your continously 1 spark , i thought i disproved that as not a big

Only reason i disagree with the -channel is that it would be (imo) glitchy. Everytime i see a cleric with 20+ or so channel reduction their skills cancel themselves out due to bugs every once in a while. But i agree if we both have the 150% more atk / 20% channel vs each other, it would cancel each others out.
as for killing a catabarb, I tend to lean on the side of a chiless barb makes it easier for everyone to kill him. Get a few demons stacking the chi drain skill on the barb and he cant really do much to protect himself.0 -

EP channeling above 24% is kinda touchy and I for one would not go higher then that....Also, you would be surprised at how many people DO NOT USE chi drain....ijs b:surrender[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

easy to see my choice is still in the future but i decided to go sage...
yes, i know more cleric sages than demons, but when i really decided my path i used a... spreadsheet. printed out skills from ecatomb, thought them over first in terms of which bonus i like and which i dont (sometimes both sage and demon are nice, so i gave up on 'prefer' and just marked +1 or 0). next was: which skills i use most. then i put all in spreadsheet with my +1 / 0 marks, and added on weights. overall result: sage skills won 98 to 85. big enough difference to be sure
my decision is based on my playstyle and my personal preferences. in my opinion sage has better primary heals, secondary attacks, seals, buffs, shield and chi skill. demon has better secondary heals, primary attacks, spark and res.
and i know already i will miss demon revive and demon wield thunder, but one cannot have everything...
no.. i still dont have any idea which skills i can actually put may hands on...[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]0
