Player Bounty House

Like the auction house PWI needs a Bounty Hunter House. Where players can come and place a bounty on other players. Bounties can be collected through the mailbox system after they have made their kill and a notification can be sent to the person that placed the bounty saying the bounty was collected. Would also be nice if there was a feature to remain anonymous. It is so hard to complete a quest when someone comes up behind you while you're killing a monster and pk you.

    rich ppl will put bounty on(again and again) the one they hate and that poor guy can't grind, go out anymore cause the whole server looking to kill him lmao

    but that will not happen imo
    casue ppl will rage quit for it lol

    If someone has a bounty on me, and I dive onto sword tamer. Will I be able to collect the money than?b:laugh

    let's think like that
    if someone put the bounty on player name A and the bounty cost is 100k.
    only one player name B can accept that bounty.(he think he can kill him)
    but the player B also need to add in 100% of the bounty price which is 100k.
    and the player B succeed to kill player A, player B will receive additional 100k which is 300k.
    and if failed, player A will received 200k for successful in defending self.( he don't need to invest anything, just need to defense and kill player B)

    may be??? i don't know b:surrender

    I'm just tired of a player that's 30 - 40 levels higher than me killing me from behind while I'm busy killing monsters for my quest. Its ridiculous...sure...he could attack me when I'm not busy and I'm still going to lose...but if you gotta go around killing noobs to make urself feel better you have problems. I think a bounty house would be a good idea considering all the players that are out pking would be chasing after each other trying to collect a bounty. I might actually have time to do my quests and level up to defend myself. I mean seriously...pkers act like they weren't noobs at one time. b:angry

    1. Go out and get people upset by pking them - 30 minutes
    2. Wait for all of them to post bounties on you - 10 minutes
    3. PM your faction buddy asking him to kill you and split the bounty - 1 minute
    4. Laugh as both of you just made 2million for the cost of one guardian angel - priceless

    See how this could be a problem? The low level players would actualy be victimized twice. Once by being PKed, the second by wasting coin they could use on their skills and gears, while the player that has the bounty on him takes their money as well. So not only you get killed, you also get taken advantage off.

    Since we do not loose exp if we are killed by other players, there is no risk at all to exploit any sort of bounty system, since a player that knows he has a bounty can just leave all his/her gear in the bank and have an alt or a friend kill him to collect the bounty while loosing nothing.
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    The guy with the bounty will just get a friend and have him killed then split the money.

    who said you had to be notified that you had a bounty on you...sure...someones friend might collect a few bounties...but you don't have to get notified that there is a bounty on you...they can even do it like a quest of sorts...once you get the bounty it's over once you kill the player and you turn in ur quest/bounty...system would be a good way for some people to make money...and would also help out the lower lvls by keeping the pkers busy for a bit...honestly...of course some thought has to be put into it...doesn't mean it still isn't feasible

    the bounty hunter auction house system should if anything COST money to use....
    not reward monies
    or else everyone would just farm themselves.

    so me think it should be like....someone pays 100k and there be a 20k fee to place it.
    also the person won't know there be a bounty on them. mayhaps make it so that the person with the bounty and faction members of the same faction can't see the bounty themselves.
    if someone kills the person within 24 hours they get the 80k.
    if not then the person who placed the bounty just gets 80k back.

    but um.....ya not sure what be stopping people from just farming their friends and stuff.

    Bounty House eh??

    I like this idea - but the execution of it must be smart enough to combat exploitation.

    >>Let's say I'm a LVL 33 character and I get PKed by some LVL 80+ idiot stroking his own ego - I go to Archosaur to put a bounty on him for say 100000. This can be distributed then to one and only one player - players of an equal or greater LVL to the player with the bounty can receive a system message/pop-up to come to the bounty house in Archosaur but only one can actually accept it, kind of like a competition to get there first (could add exp if you're that player) - details in the message include the size of the reward but not the bounty-player's name, that wont be made public until the quest is accepted. This way the resulting bounty hunter will be random and the bounty themselves wont have a clue until they get what's coming to them. If mutiple bounties are available - the bounties will appear in the dialog menu with the vendor as rewards only. I dunno....just my 2 pennies.

    Maybe you sould do it like the players above me said, but the player who post another player to BH, have to be PK by him.
    It's mean that each time that he's PK by him he could post him once again for money.
    It wil make the game more fairly, that the killers think twice before they PK him.
