where is City of Naught?

It's actually Village of the Naught if I'm not mistaken, and it's Southish of Sanctuary.

City of Naught is Sage FB109.

Sage FB109 is implemented here. Except its call Warsong City & not an actual FB109. They recycled the dungeon cause they removed the FB109s from China version & have zero intention of implementing here or again there ever. However they didnt do the translation correctly, and it references its old name as a dungeon (City of Naught). Waning Moon is the same as Obscure Reaper, the Water Boss of Warsong City.

However, I'm not sure if you can go into Warsong & kill that Boss and get credit. The dungeon was recycled from pre-existing data & occuppies the same boss tags as under the old names. With the devs sloppy recoding it may still trigger the completion, but it very well may not.

p.s. for those curious, Hall of Blasphemy, the ex-Demon-FB109, was recycled also into Nirvana, but they removed many hallways & regular mobs for that one.

That also doesnt show Warsong City. But you can see the maps are 100% identical if you go inside Warsong City & compare it to Ecatombs Map Archive of City of Naught

This is an old thread i know but of the few threads on this topic it seems the most recent. One thing in common with all the threads is no GM has bothered to reply or verify anything said.

So for those of us that have "The Circle" quest and have gotten to the point we need to kill Waning Moon could a GM please reply and tell us if this quest can be completed or not. If so then where? If not should it be trashed or will it be fixed soon?

i have this quest now..at the part to kill waning moon has anyone found out where he is and if it can be completed?

I still cant say for certain however i noticed 1 real fail about it. If you go into Warsong, the auto-path will try to take you to the fire boss, not the water boss. Even tho according to all reliable information it would be the water boss that was needed for this quest. I can say at least from the auto-route standpoint, killing the boss it leads to does NOT give you credit. Still never had a group go to kill the water boss to check that out.

A level 112 boss with 1,326,250 life that drops various level 99 skill books and is required for the quest "The Circle"

A level 150 boss with 2,408,754 life that drops warsong emblems and warsong medals. The stats on waning moon weren't changed, he along with everything else in the old fb109 was discarded and replaced with a totally different mob with a different ID.

Your only chance to complete "The Circle" is if a GM spawns the boss for you since it no longer exists in the game.
