    ugh... so, basically, you want people to spend a long time some place else?

    I mean, http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items? really?

    Anyways... if you had taken some of the time you want other people to spend to look for yourself. You have three possible magic lunar weapons:

    Neon Purgatory a great weapon for wizards, Dying Spirit a plausible weapon for skill based fox form venos, and Buddha's Leaf a plausible weapon for magical tanks (which includes luring venos and tw clerics).

    All of them have essentially identical "average gear damage".

    Neon Purgatory adds a sixth of your total gear damage to your magical attack, makes you channel faster and increases your crit chance. If you ignore critical hits, Neon Purgatory's damage will be extremely reliable when compared with the other two.

    Dying Spirit would let you restat strength to magic and give you the same crit chance but unless you were a light armor mage with a great fondness for whacking things I doubt you would ever use that physical attack bonus. You also get lower minimum damage and higher maximum damage with this thing than the other two. This means that you will sometimes outdamage neon purgatory but usually your damage will be inferior and its slower channeling time will be the price you pay for its addition to your physical attack.

    Buddha's Leaf does nothing to increase your outgoing damage but might help you survive an attack that you are taking because you did not kill something fast enough -- its moderately high peak damage mean that you will sometimes kill things despite its other bonuses but its moderately low minimum means that you will often do worse damage than Neon Purgatory.

    Now, how is this relevant to Nirvana weapons? Well, here's a list of them and how you get them:

    Sinrabansho
    -> Circle of Life * Hextar (Wand)
    -> Staff of Deities * Protection (Pataka)
    -> Doom of Flowers * Universe (Sword)
    -> Glaive of Destiny * Infinity (Glaive)

    Neon Purgatory (Or Buddha's Leaf or Dying Spirit ) ->
    -> Immortal Indulgence * Nirvana (like a boosted Neon Purgatory) (Wand)
    -> -> Foundation of World

    -> Flower Tears * Nirvana (like a boosted Dying Spirit) (Pataka)
    -> -> Silence of Frost

    -> Leaf of Budha * Nirvana (like a boosted Buddha's Leaf) (Sword)
    -> -> Sandy World

    -> Pedals of Destruction * Nirvana (like a boosted Fate Denial: Godspeed) (Glaive)
    -> -> Glaive of Nirvana

    The grade 13 nirvana weapons have fixed adds. The grade 15 weapons have random adds but given how they have this laid out I would not be surprised to find that they also kept their grade 13 adds from their predecessor weapon. If so, the TT100 path probably winds up being superior to the Lunar path, for Wizards. If not, the path you choose would not seem to matter.

    thats not news, i didnt ask for info i asked for ur personal opinion, just tell me in your opinion which would be ur choose dark or holy nirvana gear..... -.-

    You can have -19%...You can have each of those adds once ._. If I remember how adds work on Pwdatabase citings. I would rather have the 2% crit, -10% chan, and +100 magic attack or +130 max magic attack. A tank type of wizard would go for the +350HP, 19 Vit and reduce the physical damage by 2%....this would all change if the attack level values were shown (Along with the defense levels depending on how your wanting to roll) and I would probably replace the + magic attack ones for one of those if they were epik. Idk just speculation from my ballpark atm.

    Ok, here is now nirvana works. All weapons have their own "default add". The magic swords generally all have the same default add, which is either 3% or 4% crit. That stat will ALWAYS be there. There is a chance for all other stats. So the max %crit you can get from a top-grade nirvana sword is 8%. 4% max default add, and 2 crit +2%. the 3% crit is also reserved only for the default "main" stat.

    **** matk, +350 hp and crit = god.

    And add-ons only carry over when you recast gear to g13. You'll get the new look, higher base stats, same add-ons. If you recast it again to g15 you'll get new add-ons.
    Wondering how much longer these **** packs are going to be around.
